If you’re looking for quality ramen for a very low price, check out Haruki Tsukemen Ramen, a chain restaurant with locations all over the Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, and Chiba areas. The food is delicious, and you can enjoy it for as little as 500 yen. The service is wonderful (in typical Japanese fashion), and their dishes are so good, you won’t be able to eat there just once. It’s a good thing it’s cheap!
