To be able to actually appreciate the beauty of San Francisco and its vastness, the Twin Peaks Summit is a place that must be on your list of places to visit in this city. It is normally incredibly windy at the summit which adds to the fun. You get to see the Golden Gate Bridge on one side and the entire industrial area of SFO on the other. Sunrise and sunset at the peaks just add icing to the cake. It can be foggy sometimes at the summit but if you wait a couple minutes, it normally clears out quite quickly in order to get a peak of the city.
