Longshan Temple is a beautiful temple of varied colors and intricate architecture tucked away in one of the oldest areas of Taiwan. Although for the sake of taking pictures, daytime is probably the better time to visit, nighttime is just as great! The temple is still crowded and buzzing with energy; both tourists and religious followers filling its halls. After browsing around the Temple there is an indoor night market just a block over.
It’s mostly filled with massage parlors and other pampering shops but there are good little treats to be found as well. I recommend stopping by one of the juice shops and picking up a cup of Passion Fruit Juice （百香果汁).
