Though its name is quite a mouthful, Nagasakasarashina’s menu is simple, clean, and traditional. Soba of all types, from plain buckwheat to cha-soba, is the star here, either alone or with traditionally-prepared side dishes. With branch locations throughout the greater Tokyo area, and its head store in Azabu-Juban, there is no excuse for not giving Nagasakasarashina a try.
