You can freely customize your own ramen! You can decide the firmness of the ramen, richness and spices of the soup, etc. There are a total of 8 toppings available and customers can choose 4 to add to their ramen (e.g. nori, hard-boiled egg, green onions, pork, etc). All “customized ramen” are 800 yen. Others like roasted pork ramen, green onion/sesame ramen, roasted pork rice, gyoza, etc.
