Minatoya’s most popular dish is their tsumetai niku soba (cold soba with beef). The restaurant also serves atatakai tori soba (hot soba with chicken). Though there is often a line of people outside the restaurant, because the food is served quickly, and because the restaurant is a stand-up soba shop, the wait is not very long. The shop is often sold out around 18:30, so make sure to get there early.
