Mochi Mochi No Ki serves two dishes, chuka soba and tsukemen. Two soups are blended together to make their dishes, and oil is poured over the soup to keep it hot, so even though it is hot there is no steam. Because the heat softens the noodles quickly, it is best to order them hard.
