The signature green curry soba combines Japanese stock made with dried shiitake, Hidaka kombu, niboshi and bonito flakes with house-made green curry paste and organic soy milk. The menu also explores Southeast Asian-inspired bowls such as tom yum and laksa alongside ramen and tsukemen.
