Barcode is in the trendy and upscale Xinyi district with a great indoor and outdoor atmosphere and views of Taipei 101. Expect a more upscale crowd of people (ages 25-40) with well to do jobs. A good mix of English and Chinese can be heard in this bar and the occasional celebrity will make an appearance. Definitely a good spot to stop in while visiting Taipei.
