Disney California Adventure Park is a theme park located at 1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, California, immediately next to Disneyland Park within the Disneyland Resort. Opened in 2001 and inspired by California’s history, culture and natural landscapes, the park is organized into themed lands including Pixar Pier, Cars Land, Avengers Campus, Grizzly Peak Airfield and Pacific Wharf, entered through Buena Vista Street, a recreation of 1920s-era Los Angeles.
Signature attractions include Radiator Springs Racers and Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters in Cars Land, the Incredicoaster and the Pixar Pal-A-Round Ferris wheel on Pixar Pier, and Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure inside Avengers Campus. The park’s nighttime lagoon show, World of Color, is staged on Paradise Bay using choreographed fountains, lights and projections set to Disney and Pixar music.
Admission is by single- or multi-day ticket; a one-day, one-park ticket for guests ages 10 and up runs roughly $104 to $224 depending on the date, with lower pricing for children ages 3-9. Park hours vary by day and season, so guests should confirm the current schedule before visiting. The resort offers paid parking in the adjacent Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals structures, free Wi-Fi throughout the park, wheelchair and ECV accessibility at major attractions, complimentary celebration buttons for birthdays and other occasions at Guest Relations, and direct service from Anaheim Resort Transportation, OCTA and Metro bus routes.
