Kozo is a small Japanese hair salon but has great quality. Hair stylists always make sure to go over which style or color their customers want before doing anything. They handle customers’ hair with care and really take their time to adjust to customers’ taste. The place is small but very neat and clean. Price is a little high but totally worth it with the superb service. Since the place is small and stylists are usually booked during weekend, it’s better to make an appointment beforehand.
