Andy’s Izakaya (aka Shinhi no Moto) is a well known establishment and known for it’s fresh fish bought daily from Tsukiji. Menus are available in both English and Japanese and you can’t help but meet Andy the owner any night of the week.
A must try are the mushrooms, scallops, and asparagus.
