Its soup has 3 times as much gelatin than ordinary ramen soup, making it rich and irresistable. Gelatin, on the other hand, is known for its effectiveness in beautifying skin texture. Although they only serve 4-5 different ramen, each serving is made to the highest standard and their traditional taste never changes. Chinese soba is one of their most popular ramen.
