Located in Washington DC’s Chinatown this small ramen shop offers a variety of more traditional Japanese ramen from Shio to Miso and you can even order extra toppings. The ramen is Sapporo style and the noodles are imported from Sapporo itself. The place itself is very tight with little seating but that is also what offers the atmosphere that the ramen shops in Japan have that makes it fast paced. The exterior and interior of Daikaya is very modern which make it even more popular. There is also a Izakaya upstairs that offer otherfood options as well as alcohol.
