Modern European Cuisine with a decadently elegant menu. Dw-Eleven-13 has been recognized was one of the most forward thinking culinary artists in South Africa. 
There is a unique combination of flavors and textures intelligently combined to create a beautiful menu. It’s an experience in itself. The approach to the food is gastronomical which leads to a constant reinvention of familiar flavors and textures. 
The restaurant is meticulous in their selection of produce only using food from sustainable environments. They are interested in creating the best flavors, supporting local farmers and knowing where their food came from. 
There are two options of dining experiences. The A la Carte menu where the guest is able to select each dish and the tasting menu, a set menu with a them of the chef’s choosing. Emerging from the chef mind, the dishes are best prepared and enjoyed without substitutions. Dishes include starters of Almond Crusted Fois Gras and Pepper Seared Salmon Sashimi. Incredibly sophisticated main courses include Hamm Crooned Duck and Oxtail Wellington. Each dish is paired with a distinct wine to compliment the meal. 
It’s incredibly lush and luxurious experience.
