Oh gawd this place sucks. Let me elaborate on its failures. For starters all I wanted was a simple trim, but the poor soul who was tasked to cut my hair went into a stupor when I told him what I wanted, because god forbid they cut something else other than a fade. So the whole time he was butchering…uh I mean cutting my hair it was like watching a drunk wino trying to negotiate through a closed door. To make matters worse I had to pay 15 dollars for this weed whacker job!
An interesting side note involves the lead barber who went by the name Young Mike as if he was some rap star. He had all these framed pictures of famous figures he’s given haircuts to. Notables included Kobe Bryant and Lebron James, and yes the one and only Cuttino Mobley. Everyone’s pic was prominently displayed at eye level, but Cuttino’s frame was down by the trash bin. The symbolism doesn’t escape me.
