Ever want to enjoy American home-made cakes, cookies and pies in Japan? Flavor is the place you’re looking for. Flavor emphasizes a lot on “the American tradition” in making desserts, especially cookies, cakes and pies. Their cakes and pies, unlike many sold in bakery shops, have very little or no decorations them (e.g. icing, whipped cream, etc) because they believe that “simple is best” and this is the best way to preserve the original flavor of their products. All products are hand-made (no machines!). Other than going to their store, customers can also shop in their online store! Almost all products available in their cafe are also available online (chiffon cakes, brownies, cheese cakes, cookies, scones, coffee, tea, etc). They also do gift wrapping if you want to buy their cakes as a gift.
