Genkai is the most well known among restaurants that serve Hakata-style mizutaki (chicken hot pot). The meal is served in a traditional Japanese room. The restaurant has a second location inside Shinjuku’s Takashimaya Department Store, but this restaurant is without the more traditional setting.
