The Gorée Island Slave Museum is the building where they kept the slaves before sending them away to Europe and the Americas and has guided tours telling of how the slave trade worked on the island as well as what rooms were used for what along with descriptions of how the slaves of different ages and genders were treated differnetly durring the proccess.
