Half and Half remains my favorite boba place in the OC. Although the place is pretty small and is only for take-out, it is always packed with people especially during the weekend. Sometimes it takes more than half an hour to get your drink. Despite all the hassle, the drink is worthy of your wait. The boba is chewy with the right amount of sweetness. I believe they use real honey to cook it, unlike other boba vendors. To me, even some boba places in Hongkong can’t beat Half and Half.
