The ever popular ramen has now been turned into a burger, and it is the signature dish at Jidaiya. With fried noodles used as buns, the outside has light crunch, with a chewy yet very soft inside. Between the two buns made of noodles, you’ll find traditional ramen toppings in lieu of a party.Just like tsukemen, you dip it in broyj and then eat it.
