The word “kohmen” literally means “light/bright noodles.” It was a new way to make ramen (which was from China) – adding deep-fried onions into the noodles, making them more shiny-looking.

Lots of toppings are available (e.g. nori, boiled bamboo shoots, hard boiled egg, roasted pork fillet, fried garlic, vegetables, etc.) so customers can have many choices in customizing their own ramen. Website and photo menus are also avilable in English, Simplified Chinese and Korean.

Special promotion: no additional cost for large size ramen at midnight! (24:00-closing)
