La Limena is probably one of the most excellent Peruvian restaurants in all of Montgomery County, Maryland. Since way back when they still served everything on styrofoam plates and had plastic utensils, up until now, with the fancy table decor and nice china, their food has remained delicious, tasty, and authentic.
La Limena’s food is top notch; it’s no wonder that the little restaurant is normally quite busy. The ceviche mixto, the tamales, the chupe de camarones, the camarones al ajillo, their fish entrees, and their pull-apart, slow-cooked beef… I honestly cannot find anything wrong with this place. Excellent service and excellent food!
