Luigi offers large-portioned Italian classics at cheap, affordable prices accompanied with quick, friendly service. However, this restaurant is not an exception to the “you get what you pay for” rule. Their pizzas are soggy (crusts not pre-baked or rolled too thin?), and their noodles have a texture of mush. The latter of which means that noodles are either overcooked or cooked ahead of time and left in a fridge somewhere. Some entrees even suffer from excess garlic. Overall, it seems fast food is offered rather than what you would expect of a classic Italian restaurant. However, this quaint little restaurant does have potential. All it needs is the little extra time necessary to prepare fresh food, and it could be wonderful.
