Mitaseimenjo specializes in tsukemen (dipping noodles). Customers can customize their own tsukemen with different soup bases (standard/spicy), different sizes (standard/medium/large/extra large) and toppings (seaweed, green onion, roast pork, soft boiled egg, etc). Other than tsukemen, side dishes like gyoza, kimchi, rice, bean sprouts, etc. are also served. They have both counter seats and table seats. No smoking from 11:00 to 14:00. Branches in other parts of Japan have different no-smoking time slots.
