Probably the best ramen in Kyoto for those that like tonkotsu-base, Nagahama Ramen Miyoshi is almost always filled at night, especially during the winter. There are free add-ins (peppers, garlic, etc.) all over the restaurant. Ramen 600 yen, kaedama (bowl of noodles you add to the broth after you’ve eaten all the noodles) 100 yen.
