Nava Thai is tucked on an inside street in Wheaton and might be easy to miss, but guarantees a great Thai menu. Well known for their soups and curry, Nava Thai offers some of the tastiest, and spiciest, Thai food in the Wheaton area. Their Floating Market beef noodle soup is full of flavor (and spice, but you can get it mild). They also have a mean papaya salad and other Thai classic appetizers like yum talay, beef salad, and curry puffs.
The tom yum soup and coconut curry are worth a try, and if you’re not accustomed to the more authentic Thai dishes they offer, they also offer the popularized Pad Thai noodles, Pad See Ew, and the like.
One of the few authentic Thai restaurants that offer more than your average Thai restaurant menu. Want a drink? There’s a full-fledged bar in the back of the restaurant. Low-lighting, good eats, good ambiance, and definitely worth a visit!
