Ran Zan is a small Japanese restaurant in Providence, north of Brown University. If there is one thing that makes them better than other Japanese restaurants in Providence, it is authenticity. This place is run by Japanese and they make sure what you are eating is what you would get in Japan, not some Americanized Japanese food.
