Located inside the food court of Mitsuwa Marketplace, Santouka Ramen is one of the best ramen places I’ve ever tried. They serve Hokkaido ramen with thick broth and chashu pork. I always have spicy miso with an extra order of chashu. The pork is so tender that it could melt inside my mouth. There’s a reason this place always have a long line of customers waiting for their ramen. Highly recommended!
