Storm Rhum Bar & Bistro is a hidden jewel in Asheville, frequented by locals through out the year. The food is delectable farm to table cuisine, and shows a mastery of “New American” style food with a southern twang. The idea of head to tail dining is evident in their selection of meats, from local fish, to pates, and the crispy fried pig ears. The decor brings to mind the elegance of a galleon ship sailing the seas. Low lighting sets a romantic atmosphere.
There is a horseshoe shaped bar, allowing for excellent people watching, and also providing an engaging atmosphere where it is hard not to make new friends.
