Because of Daiwa Sushi’s close proximity to Tsukiji fish market, everything is incredibly fresh. Omakase (chef’s choice), at 3,500 yen, is very inexpensive for the quality of the sushi served. The wait time is over an hour, due to the restaurant’s popularity.
