A great place to get modern Chinese food.  They are very serious about the quality of their food, using fresh local ingredients and making their own sauce.  You won’t find the traditional Canton dishes at The Chairman – each item on their menu has some sort of creative twist, such as Smoked Baby Pigeon with Longjing Tea & Chrysanthemum and Steamed Fresh Flowery Crab with Aged ShaoXing Wine & Fragrant Chicken Oil & Flat Rice Noodles (one of their signature dish, by the way).  They also grind their own Almond Tea (perfect way to end a meal).
Note that the restaurant is extremely full at all time and you may want to reserve a table months ahead.
