The Oinkster is a neighbourhood “slow fast food” restaurant in a restored mid-century A-frame on Colorado Boulevard. Chef André Guerrero’s menu is best known for house-cured pastrami, slow-roasted pork, burgers, Belgian-style fries, and house-made sauces.
