The Perry House was previously built by Captain Manuel Perry. During the 30s and 40s, it was greatly in need of repair and later changed hands for a few times, and is now owned by Events by Classic. The house has therefore become a great place to host wedding receptions, luncheons, day meetings, or family reunions. Events by Classic provides dedicated event planning and catering services, and many former clients gave five star reviews. With a great view of Monterey bay, plush gardens, and excellent catering services, guests can relax, mingle, eat, drink, and have fun at the same time.
