Wild Wadi Waterpark is in Umm Suqeim 3, opposite Burj Al Arab in Dubai’s Jumeirah district. Open since 1999, the Arabian folklore-themed park combines more than 30 rides and attractions with views of one of the city’s best-known landmarks.
Highlights range from the 80 km/h Jumeirah Sceirah free-fall slide and the tornado funnels of Tantrum Alley to the 360-metre Juha’s Journey lazy river and Breaker’s Bay wave pool. Younger visitors have their own slides, water cannons and giant tipping bucket at Juha’s Dhow and Lagoon.
The park is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and sells day passes online, with non-UAE-resident admission listed from AED 199. Lockers and towels are available to rent, and four on-site dining spots serve meals, snacks and cold drinks between rides.
