“XEX TOKYO” opens on November 6, 2007, on the 13th floor of Daimaru Tokyo in Tokyo Station City, offering spectacular views over the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station. “ XEX TOKYO” comprises Italian “ Salvatore Cuomo Bros.”, “ The BAR & Cafe” and “ Teppanyaki An ”. The city’s growing population of urban hip is expected to gather here to take full advantage of the mature setting and undeniably chilled atmosphere.

XEX is proud to introduce a new style of collaborated dinning in regards to Teppanyaki. Genshiro Saito, owner/chef of “Shunkoutei”, produces the appetizers listed on the menu and each course includes as a special plate.
