Yolk takes the standard American breakfasts and brings them to a whole other level. Red velvet pancakes, potato pancakes, pancakes with granola and blueberries…..their menu is just as creative as it is long. The service is cheerful, the restaurant is large and brightly colored, and the service is fast. Be warned though that on the weekends the line can get quite long during peak breakfast hours…..but still worth the wait!
