Located next to Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo is 90 acres and home to over 600 species of animals. With a variety of different animal houses, animal shows, and souvenir shops, the Zoo has something everyone in the family will love! The St. Louis Zoo is known as the leading zoo in animal management, research, conservation, and research. Although there is no entrance fee, some of the shows have a small cost to attend as well as the petting zoo. The park consists of 6 different zones that divides the animals into categories based on their living needs.
