This is a 14-year-old restaurant and is famous for its musashi ramen. Its soup base is a “double soup base” made from chicken and pork bones, as well as katsuobushi (dried and fermented skipjack tuna). This special soup base, together with the soft tasty pork pieces and boiled egg, captures the taste buds of many. They also serve other types of noodles, like dipping noodles. All ramen/noodles have 3 sizes (regular, medium, large) and all 3 sizes are the same price!
