MoVida Original is a Spanish tapas bar and restaurant at 1 Hosier Lane in Melbourne’s CBD. The original venue opened in 2003 and helped establish the city’s enthusiasm for tapas and laneway dining.
The kitchen uses seasonal Australian produce to celebrate Spanish food culture through classic tapas, refined adaptations and daily specials. The menus are complemented by house-baked sourdough and a carefully selected list of Spanish wines.
MoVida Original serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, with separate afternoon and evening sittings. Reservations are available online, while current menus and group-booking information are published on the official MoVida website.
