Pasta e Pasta is restaurant located in downtown Los Angeles, in the district of Little Tokyo. They have proper Italian pasta but served by a Japanese team that cook pasta to perfection (Al dente).
If you have searched high and low for the perfect pasta place and have come up empty, then today is your lucky day! No need to eat overcooked pasta anymore (I know, it’s an epidemic here in Southern California).
They have your standard pasta dishes, like meat sauce, pesto genovese, eggplant and mozeralla, and nero di seppie. Is your mouth watering yet? There is always a wait, so use the Yelp app to get yourself in the queue before you head over.
If you are carving good pasta and have just been so disappointed from other California Italian restaurants, here is the one for you. You will not be disappointed. All of them are good, but my favorite is the mozzarella, tomato, and eggplant one. Enjoy!
