Delicious ramen restaurant at downtown Kyoto. The soup of Sen no Kaze is amazing and works with both noodles and rice. I recommend to order their ramen served with rice and dip the rice with the ramen soup. This way of eating ramen may sound strange, but it really tastes awesome!
