ZEST Cantina

Be the first to review

Zest Cantina was originally a Mexican restaurant, and entering the establishment felt like you were stepping into a Spaghetti Western. But over the years, it’s morphed into a Tex-Mex chain, with numerous establishments around Tokyo.

Ebisu has probably the largest of this theme restaurant chain’s outlets, and is a huge tri-level establishment, with a bar, that can seat up to 400. Be forewarned, this place gets loud! If you are looking for an energetic vibe, with high decibel levels, this is your place. The 3rd floor semi-terrace is nice!

The food is standard Tex/Mex fare, ranging from tacos to burgers, salsa to guacomole, and even some Buffalo Wings thrown in for good measure. The bar is impressive enough, incidentally the only place in Zest Cantina Ebisu for smokers, and the margaritas are tasty.

This place is fun for parties and get togethers in particular, and it is recommended to go with the nomihodai menu! Other locations in Tokyo include Ginza, Hiroo, Iikura (Roppongi Stn), Nishi Azabu, Daiba, Setagaya (Ikejiri Ohashi Stn), and Shibuya
