Located in a quiet neighborhood in the western part of Kyoto, Toei Uzumasa Movie Village is a theme park-cum-museum which is fun for all ages. Kids will enjoy attractions such as the haunted house as well as the medieval Japanese theme, complete with samurais and ninjas. Adults will enjoy the features showing the history of the Japanese film industry as well as demonstrations of how film animation works.
